Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers about working with The Valente Law Group: fees, consultations, the cases we handle, and where to find us.
Fees & Consultations
Do I have to pay attorney’s fees up front?
No. In injury cases you never pay an attorney’s fee unless we recover for you, and we front all costs associated with the litigation. Our commitment is to your success, not hourly billing or upfront costs.
How do I get a free consultation?
Fill out the consultation form on our site or call us at (410) 451-1777. We never share your information or use it to spam you. Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Working With Us
Will I work directly with an attorney?
Yes. Our attorneys handle every matter personally. You will not be handed off to a case manager: you deal directly with the lawyer handling your case, from the first consultation through settlement or verdict.
